Kevin McAuley is the Director of Technical and Strategic Development at Rotsaert Dental Laboratory, bringing over 40 years of experience in the dental industry and more than 25 years dedicated to dental implants. His career has been shaped by a strong foundation in design, manufacturing, and the early adoption of CAD/CAM technologies, keeping him at the forefront of dental innovation.
Early in his journey, Kevin gained hands-on experience through implant and surgical protocols at a time when technical training was limited. This gave him unique insight into treatment planning and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clinicians while developing patient-focused solutions.
Education has been a cornerstone of Kevin’s work. Through lectures, hands-on courses, and product development, he has consistently shared his knowledge to elevate both clinicians and technicians. His passion lies in strengthening collaboration across the treatment team and advancing the technical and digital skills needed to achieve the highest standards in patient care.
