Our COVID-19 emergency preparedness and support commitment

As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how Rotsaert Dental Lab is responding. The safety and health of our community, including our customers and dedicated employees, is always of the utmost importance to us.

A recent message from the RCDSO “recommends that all non-essential and elective dental services should be suspended immediately. Emergency treatment should continue.”

In light of this recommendation, we have suspended patient shade-taking and/or walk in adjustments. Our clients may send us emergency cases, and we will ensure the highest level of quality, service and attention to detail in fabricating the patient’s prosthesis.

Thank you for your continued support and confidence in our team at Rotsaert Dental Lab.

We will weather the storm that is COVID-19 together.

3M ESPE Lava٠Zirconia Frameworks

Lava٠Zirconia frameworks are the best zirconia substructures in the dental industry. With CAD/CAM design capability, we deliver a product that has excellent marginal fit and natural translucency.

Lava٠Zirconia frameworks from 3M ESPE offer the strength of metal with the most natural aesthetics currently available. Lava is available in 8 core shades creating the natural appearance of the restoration. Whether a single crown of a 6-unit bridge, the strength of this incredible substructure is unmatched by any other all-ceramic system.

Lava٠Zirconia from 3M ESPE is significantly different from traditional all-ceramic materials because of its superior strength and the fact that the zirconia substructure is available in 8 shades to give more flexibility in achieving the desired aesthetic outcome. In addition, the manufacturing process of the framework gives the technician the ability to design a framework that adequately supports the veneer ceramic, eliminating areas of excessive thickness of veneer material. This, in turn, decreases the risk of the veneer ceramic fracturing.
