This presentation will discuss the research and findings that Kasper Duus and his associate from Elos Medtech regarding fit and cementation using the Elos Hybrid Bases, which are now Health Canada approved. The lecture will go through the design of the Elos Hybrid Base and the understanding of fit and passivity regarding implant restorations.

About the Speaker:

KASPER DUUSGlobal Product Manager of ELOS Medtech in Denmark

Kasper Duus has been with ELOS Medtech for almost 22 years. He began as a Precision Mechanic in 2006 and later founded the bespoke dental production department. This division specialised in high-end dental components milled on 5-axis milling machines. In 2014, he joined the Elos Accurate portfolio as a Computer-Aided Design Specialist, creating digital libraries for 3shape, exocad, and Dental Wings. He is currently the Global Product Manager for Elos Accurate, a company that provides global solutions in the field of digital dentistry. Mr. Duus continues to assist customers, both end-users and multinational implant businesses, in fully embracing the benefits of digital dentistry.
