Once all relevant data has arrived the Lab will examine the data and generate a preliminary plan.
Within 48 hours the lab will contact the Doctor at their preferred email address to let them know that they are ready to have an online meeting. The meeting should take about 15-20min depending on the size of the case. At that meeting, the Doctor will be able to make any changes they like, and the plan will be locked.
A ‘post meeting review’ email will be sent to the Doctor along with a surgical protocol and a release form to sign. When the form is signed and returned the guide will be printed and sent to the Doctor’s office. This could take up to 4 business days depending on the distance the case needs to be shipped.
